Refunds are not allowed for this race since it is USA Triathlon sanctioned however we do have options. You can defer, change races, donate your entry fee to the charity, switch to a virtual event or purchase event insurance and receive a refund through your insurance claim. If you want to defer your registration to next year you can do that as well as change to another one of our races in the same calendar year.

To defer or change races please do not contact us, simply locate your confirmation email from when you signed up and under your event click the blue hyperlink text that says: Manage Registration

If you would like to switch to a different distance than what you signed up for (for example you signed up for the Sprint Tri but want to switch to the Beginner Tri) you can also do that by managing your registration and there is no need to reach out to us.
