All sales are final, and there are no refunds for any reason, including cancellation due to weather and other acts of God. In the event of cancellation, in-person races will be moved to virtual, and race packet pick-up will be scheduled for a future date. Race insurance is offered for an additional cost at the time of registration. A portion of all insurance plans purchased supports APSU's Greatest Need (non-tax-deductible). Racers can convert their in-person race to a virtual one by emailing alumni@apsu.edu. Please note that races converted to virtual do not receive a refund for the price difference.
