Every step helps raise funds and awareness for people living with multiple sclerosis. Working in the fitness world, I understand the power of movement and the important role it can play in maintaining mobility and quality of life for those affected by MS.

This journey is also personal. I'm doing the miles in honor of the people I love who live with MS and to support the research and programs that help make every mile matter.
