1. Read the directions on this page, then click the orange "Log Results" button below.
2. Click "Submit Virtual Results" button.
3. Search for your registration by name.
4. On this screen, you will see all the events you have registered for. Please click on LOG ACTIVITIES for the Region you're participating as highlighted below.
5. Log the activity in the required areas: Activity, Date Completed, Distance, and then click "Submit Activity".
6. Your activity has been logged when you reach the final page confirming that your activity has been saved.
