If you are unable to attend the race, you may still pick up your race shirt and/or finisher medal, if applicable. Transfers of race entries to other participants are allowed. Please note that race credits are not offered, as all event-related costs such as permitting, food, and sanitation have already been incurred. There will be no refunds issued. If the race is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will issue a partial or full refund. If the race is re-scheduled for another day, participants will be moved to the new date but will also be offered a 100% deferment to the following year or a credit to a future race within the series if the new date does not work for them.
