If you are unable to attend the race, you may still pick up your race shirt and/or finisher medal, if applicable. Transfers of race entries to other participants are allowed. Please note that race credits are not offered, as all event-related costs such as permitting, food, and sanitation have already been incurred. If the race is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will issue a partial or full refund. If the race is re-scheduled for another day, participants will be moved to the new date but will also be offered a 100% deferment to the following year or a credit to a future race within the series if the new date does not work for them.
