Celebrate Family Centre's 35th Anniversary by joining our "35 for 35" challenge!
For 35 years, Family Centre has been an essential therapeutic resource for Bermuda’s children, teens, and families, providing critical mental health counselling and community programmes since our founding in 1990. Now, we’re inviting you to help us celebrate this milestone with a challenge that gives back!
Join the 35 for 35 challenge now! Select one of our registration options and start fundraising your way!
- 35 for 35 - Supporter Challenge is open to supporters ages 18+. Registration: $35 per person
- 35 for 35 - Corporate Challenge is open to our Corporate supporters. Registration: $50 per person
- 35 for 35 - Youth Challenge is open to supporters ages 4 - 18. Registration: $25 per young person
- 35 for 35 - Fundraiser Challenge is an option for supporters who only want to fundraise by asking others to donate. Registration is free!
Become a 35 for 35 Challenge 'Fundraiser' and ask your colleagues, friends, and family to pledge $35 or more to support Family Centre. Better yet, encourage them to start their own challenge and keep the fundraising momentum going!
Creative ideas to inspire your fundraising journey: Start a personal challenge to spend 35 minutes a day on a mentally healthy activity, take 35 walks along the railway trail, or write in a gratitude journal for 35 days. Personal challenges are optional, and totally up to you!

Family Centre Counselling Services offer a confidential atmosphere of trust, support and acceptance which allows children and teens ages 4-18 and their families to explore their emotional, social and behavioural challenges in a non-judgmental, safe environment with highly trained professionals, at no cost to families. Our staff aim to guide families out of crisis, create safety networks for them and rebuild positive relationships through skill development and empowerment.

Vision: Family Centre envisions a healthy Bermuda where all families are valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Family Centre Community Programmes help to develop confident young people and create access to services for those who might not otherwise reach us. These programmes promote and teach teamwork, decision making, leadership, social skills, self-regulation and the satisfaction that comes from working to one’s fullest potential. They include Youth Leadership Academy (YLA), Beyond Rugby (BR) Bermuda and Beyond Yoga (BY) Bermuda.
