Cooking with Chefs Class: Chicken Adobo with Rice and Pork Lumpia

Spend the afternoon with our MWR chefs and learn to cook their specialty Chicken Adobo with Rice and Pork Lumpia. Chicken adobo is a savory Filipino dish made by simmering chicken in a tangy, garlicky soy sauce and vinegar blend, while pork lumpia are crispy, golden spring rolls filled with seasoned ground pork and vegetables—both bursting with bold, comforting flavors! Ages 18+ only. 

Fun and food loving volunteers are needed to help with clean up, dishwashing, and trash; volunteers will receive a free meal, LOAs, and 2 movie tickets!
