The Polar Plunge is back in Minneapolis for the 17th year in a row! There’s something for everyone during the fun-filled Plunge weekend in Minneapolis!


The Vail Place Plungers for a 2nd year in a row are braving the cold waters of Lake Nokomis. They are going to the extremes to support our mission and have some fun as a community with this plunge the morning of Saturday March 4th! We hope you will consider making a donation to our team this year or just come out and watch while supporting Vail Place, our mission and the impact we have on those we serve.
