For one name:
Select "In memory of" or "In honor of" from the drop-down menu. Then select "Other" and enter the first and last name.
For multiple names:
Select "Other" from the drop-down menu and in the text box, list each first and last name, followed by:
H for “in honor of”
M for “in memory of”
(e.g., Jane Smith H, John Doe M)
