Gary and Andrea Citrone are excited to partner with Oligo Nation to host the 3rd annual OliGO GARY 5K Run & Walk to raise funds and awareness for oligodendroglioma, an incurable brain cancer. The couple has been navigating their own Oligo journey since Gary’s diagnosis in September 2022, so they understand first-hand how devastating this disease can be for survivors and their families. Prior to Gary’s diagnosis, this couple was constantly on the move, and they hope to maintain an active lifestyle moving forward. They jumped at the opportunity to combine their love of running with raising awareness and funding for much needed Oligo research.
