Complete the 4.1667 mile loop every hour, on the hour, for 12 hours in a "last man standing" type of event. Use the time between finishing your lap and the top of the next hour to rest, fuel and recover. The race features two different loops: one on all paved, flat trail in Raindance on the Odd hours, and a more challenging loop with a dirt hill, down to the Poudre Trail, on the Even hours.
