Competitive Team of Three: 4-Mile Litter Carry & Ruck
The competitive division will be a timed event with awards to the top three teams. This is a CHALLENGING division, so choose your team wisely!
A team will include three participants (you will be asked to create or join a team during the registration process).
The categories for a team are All Male, Co-Gender, or All Female.
Each participant in a team will be required to wear the minimum ruck weight. We ask that you bring either a backpack or weighted vest for race day. Sandbags for weight will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own weights for your ruck:
- Male 25lb
- Female 15lb
Each team will be required to carry a litter with the required litter carry weight:
- 140lb All Male
- 130lb Co-Gender
- 120lb All Female
The team will complete 4-miles on the Katy Trail.
Each team participant is required to raise $250 for 22Mohawks.
There is a limit of 10 competitive teams (30 people total). All competitive participants will receive a tee-shirt.
