Parade Day Mile
Open Race
This one mile race starts at TBD and is open for anyone capable of running or run/walking one mile. This is the non-competitive portion of our race. Wear your best St. Patty's Day costume and run your best mile as we race down the parade route before the parade! Then, join the after party starting at the Belmar Pub where participants a free beverage with a race bib (subject to ID checks for alcoholic beverages).

Women's Elite Heat
The Elite Heat of the Belmar Parade Day Mile is open exclusively to those runners capable of a fast mile time. Women must be capable of running better than a 6:45 minute mile. This is the race for those who are competing for the monetary prizes. Men's and women's awards available. Then, join the after party starting at the Belmar Pub where participants can get a free beverage with a race bib (subject to ID checks for alcoholic beverages).
