5K Trail
The 5K adheres to some sections of the traditional Belmont Plateau Cross Country Course with a little extra interior trail. It involves some gravel path and grass, and several tough hills, but it is not a technical trail course.

The kids run is a loop around Belmont Plateau (total of ~1 mile). It is fairly hilly and all on grass. And it's just for fun!
