Club Information:
Weekly, professionally coached speed training sessions; We believe that in order to build a well-rounded runner, you need to address several different energy systems in a progressive manner. This means that, depending on when your goal race is, you'll want to train certain paces in certain amounts at certain times.
Run Information:
Tuesday 6:30pm, Temple Track (14th & Master St.)
During the winter season/track closures, we will meet at Penn Park.
