No Rules Run
No Rules Run - Solo
Includes the following events: No Rules Run - RelayThe No Rules Run is a 16-mile relay run with no limits! No official course, no aid stations, no team size limit, no frills. Check in. Run. Have fun.
Why would you even do this? Race medals, chip timing, road officials, aid stations and all of that awesome stuff doesn’t contribute towards what we really want to do – TO GIVE BACK. We use the registration fees to give directly back to those living with MS and in need. In return, you will get is a custom STOP MS pint glass, a kick ass finish party, and a really good feeling in your heart.
So what is this race? The ultimate DIY running experience! Provide yourself (solo or team) with navigation, hydration - and encouragement! - as you make your way from Mama D’s in Waukesha to the finish line at Rotary Pavilion at Hart Park in Wauwatosa.
Solo or teams. The miles are yours any way you want them. Run all the miles SOLO or create a TEAM - with as many or little relay team members can join. Crew your team any way you like - swap out runners on the course anytime and don’t forget to bring your cowbells! No team is too big or too small (hey, you’re crewing yourself after all).
Relay day check in is at Mama D’s between 7:15am – 9:15am. Check in, then make your way to the finish line. Start times are determined by pace and projected finish time. See registration for details.
The goods. Cross that finish line between 11:00am - 11:26am and you will receive a custom printed pint beer glass!* The approximate course distance is 16 miles.
Each team member must be registered, paid, and have their official registration wristband to receive the free pint glass at the finish.
