Speed Camp Kaua'i

‼️ Calling all athletes wanting to get faster, for any sport! ‼️ This camp is for you. Open to youth and adults, we are so excited to host incredible coaches from around the country which will make this the best speed camp the island has ever seen. Do not miss out!

This is a great opportunity for athletes of all ages, and any sports background. You'll come out of this camp with speed and quickness for whatever you play. The sessions will be split into two age groups, so make sure you select the correct age group registration.

We encourage all athletes to participate in both sessions if possible, and registration is discounted. At sign up, you can select one session then you will be prompted to add the second session (and we hope you do!).

Location: Island School, Lihue, Kaua'i

Session 1 - June 10, 11, 12 (Tuesday-Thursday)

• 9-11:30am K-7th grade
• 12:30-3pm 8th grade-adults

Session 2 - June 18, 19, 20 (Wednesday-Friday)

• 9-11:30am K-7th grade
• 12:30-3pm 8th grade-adults

For Session 1, we have two coaches joining us from Fast University and Fast Prep, specializing on speed and quickness - they're unmatched in what they do. For Session 2, we have four incredible College coaches coming out to keep working on speed but also specific event skills. Coaches are coming from University at Buffalo, Bowling Green State University, Rutgers University, and Montana State University.

Cost: $100 per week, $175 for both sessions - includes 1-on-1 coaching, light snacks, and free swag! *valued over $600+

What to bring: workout clothing, cleats or spikes if you have, running shoes if not, refillable water bottle, sun protection

Track meet - Saturday, June 21st - Island School - 1st official track meet for our Track Club summer season and we invite all of you to join us and put your new skills to the test. Our track club hosts track meets throughout the summer in preparation for USATF Nationals Junior Olympics in July.
