Description
This fun, family-oriented 5K is a great way to show your spooky spirit! The event takes place on the beautiful Westmoreland Heritage Trail in Murrysville. Come dressed in your Halloween best, enjoy the crisp fall air, and join the festivities.
We provide:
- CUSTOM FINISHER MEDAL
- Trick or Trot 5K race t-shirt
- Fall foliage along the trail
- A spooky good time
5k RACE START: 9:00 am on the Westmoreland Heritage Trail behind the Murrysville Community Center
KIDS 1/2 MILE TOT TROT - 10:15 am
KIDS 1/2 MILE TOT TROT
We're welcoming tots once again time to the 1/2 mile kids tot trot. This untimed family-friendly event will begin at 10:15 at the conclusion of the 5k.
- Ages 10 and under.
- Kids will start and finish at the same location as the 5k and will simply run out and turn back just before the first road crossing.
- Parents are welcome to participate with their children.
- All kids will receive a commemorative t-shirt and finisher ribbon.
RACE SWAG
All 5k participants will receive this fun and spooky commemorative t-shirt and custom finishers' medal (image coming soon!)

TOP 3 Overall Male and Female Finishers
AGE GROUPS - Top 3 male and female in the following categories will receive recognition:
- Under 12
- 13-19
- 20-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70+
AND awards for best costumes!
*please note that an athlete winning an overall award is not eligible for age group awards - no "double dipping"
