EVENT INFORMATION
Part One: First-round events take place at participating communities. There is also an opportunity for those not living in a participating community to register for the event at Veteran's Park. Please note the different dates for each event listed below and on each sign-up. Each community event will be led by community representatives, who will receive your sign-up information upon registration. When registering online, you will choose your community OR Veteran's Park as your first event. If participating in a community other than Veteran's Park, you will be contacted by your community's representative with the specific time and details for your first-round event. All play will take place in teams of two. You MUST know the name of your partner to register, though you do not need to register at the same time.
First-round event dates are as follows:
Veteran's Park: Saturday, May 3rd. The time for the day will be 8:00am to around 2:00pm, though you will receive YOUR specific start time based on your group and level prior to the event. You will not be required to be there for the entirety of the event aside from your specific time.
Ford's Colony: Saturday, April 26th beginning at 8:00am.

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
The cost to participate is $50 per person (for a total of $100 each team, see details on teams below). Registration prior to April 8th includes a t-shirt in size of choice and is a tax-deductible donation to support The Arc of Greater Williamsburg. Participants will choose a category at registration: Women's, Men's, or Mixed, as well as a skill level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Senior (70+). For those over 70, participation in the Senior category is OPTIONAL. You are able to participate in whichever category you choose best fits YOUR individual skill level. Additional information on skill levels follow.
Please note that you CAN play in up to two different categories. For example, if you are an Intermediate male and would like to play in both Mixed (with a female) category AND Men's category, you may. You will be prompted to make this addition in the add-on section during registration, where you will select your additional category and give your partner's name. This will add the second registration fee onto your total. If you have questions, please contact Caroline Johnson at caroline.johnson@thearcgw.org or 757-229-3535.
*If you would prefer to sign up with a paper copy of registration OR would prefer to pay with cash or check, please contact The Arc office at 757-229-3535.
TEAM INFORMATION
When registering, you will be prompted to either create or join a team. If you are the first team member to register, you will click "Create." Teams will be two people and should consist of either a team name or the pair's given names (eg "The Picklers" or "Sue and Kellie"). When the second team member registers, they will choose to join a team, find your team name, and join that team. If for some reason you are unable to do so or are having issues, please reach out to Caroline Johnson at caroline.johnson@thearcgw.org or 757-229-3535 and Caroline will be happy to connect each team member together on the backend.
