The Monster Dash has gone virtual! West Seattle Monster Dash benefits the South Seattle College Cooperative Preschool Program. One hundred percent of proceeds are contributed to the Cooperative Preschool joint fund which is key in supporting our five preschool sites; Admiral, Alki, Lincoln Park, South Seattle College and White Center.

Events
Choose from three scary fun events:
Virtual 15 Mile Preschool Loop: Run, jog, walk, or bike your own 15 miles anywhere you like and at your own pace in our featured event. Log your miles during the two week window, and find yourself transported virtually, traveling by each of our West Seattle preschool locations. Earn a virtual badge each time you make it to a site.
Virtual 5K: Just like our traditional 5K. Participants can complete this virtual 5K all in one session, or break it up over the course of the event length. Run, jog or walk wherever and whenever you like!
Virtual Family Activity Challenge: Perfect for families wanting to create a habit of daily physical activity. Complete and log at least 15 minutes of activity as a family during every day of the challenge.
