First Responder 5K Run and Walk

The 2025 “First Responder 5K Run and Walk” is being held on Sunday, October 19th, 2025, at the Wolf Swamp Fields in Longmeadow, MA. The event is organized to recognize the strength, perseverance, and courage of Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, EMTs, 911 Operators, Hospital Staff and their families in our local communities.

This year’s event will benefit the Thin Blue Ride, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (ID# 81-4463644). Thin Blue Ride’s mission is to provide crucial support to military veterans, first responders and their families when diagnosed with cancer, while honoring their courage and dedication. Through fundraising, awareness campaigns, and community engagement, they aim to alleviate their burdens and stand united in gratitude for their service. Visit their website at www.thinblueride.org

Awards will be given out to the top 3 male and female finishers. Awards will also go to the top division finishers in both male and female divisions (Under 18, 19-29, 30-49, 50+). No double dipping with awards.

Online registration from 09/09/25 till 10/05/25 for $30.00 and guarantees an event t-shirt.

Late online registration from 10/06/25 to 10/17/25 and race day registration is $30.00 and does not guarantee an event t-shirt.
