A long-standing tradition on Michigan’s tranquil east coast. For over 20 years, this beloved event has evolved from a premier half-ironman to the ultimate “up north” triathlon getaway—welcoming athletes as summer winds down.
Held in a scenic Lake Huron town, the race offers a crystal-clear swim, a challenging bike through state forest roads, and a flat, fast run through charming downtown streets. Though the tourist season fades, local restaurants and shops remain open for athletes and spectators.
