Mind Over Miles

The Mind Over Miles 5K is a charity run aimed at raising awareness and funds for mental health. This event is especially dedicated to supporting the mission of Center For Human Services, a local organization providing crucial mental health resources to those in need. As associates of the Medicine and Healthcare strand of Queen City CAPS, we are passionate about raising awareness, breaking the stigma around mental health, and giving back to the community.

The event will feature a 5K run/walk, guest speakers, and more. All proceeds from the event will be donated directly to Center For Human Services to support their ongoing programs and services for mental health and helping those in need.
