Knights IceBreaker 5k

Join the Canandaigua Knights Youth Hockey Organization for their 3rd Annual Icebreaker and first annual 5K Fun Run & Walk on Saturday, September 20, 2025, starting at 9 AM! The 5K course begins and ends at the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center. All participants will receive Knights swag, race bibs, snacks, and more.

Who: Calling all Runners, Walkers, Community Members, Health Afficionados, and Knights Fans!  No matter your age or your ability, you are welcome here!

What: 5k (3.1 miles)

Where: Start & Finish will be at the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center

When: Saturday, September 20, 2025, Race begins at 9:00

Prizes: Age group prizes for 1st-3rd place

Food: Three community food trucks, in addition to the GCCC snack bar, will be open for lunch, including Cooke's Kitchen, Al Proietta, and Blue Dog Drink Co.

Festivities: Please join us following the race for the IceBreaker festivities, including open skating, bounce houses, street hockey, shooting challenges, live music, and guest appearances by Heron Hockey and three-time defending National Champions Hobart Hockey!

Course Details: From the GCCC, to Outhouse Park, cross Buffalo to Baker Park, exiting to Buffalo and onto N. Bloomfield, followed by Dorset Dr, and rounding Arlington Park back to N. Bloomfield, and finishing at the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center!
