Description
Paws4Pride is a virtual walk-a-thon fundraiser where participants can walk with their dogs to raise funds for the Dutchess County Pride Center during the month of June. Participants will win prizes for most funds raised in a single day, a week, or have a chance at the Grand Prize for participating during the month of June- their pup being the fundraiser mascot for 2024, complete with photo shoot courtesy of Tara Cirigliano Photography. Don't have a dog to walk? Sponsor a team! Or, better yet, volunteer at your local animal shelter to "borrow" a walking buddy to raise funds for the Center. It could be a win for all!
Prizes

We are happy to announce a collaboration this year with incredible pups pet rescue.
The Incredible Pups Pet Rescue has been working to reduce the number of animals euthanized at high kill shelters. They work closely with these shelters to save animals that are often just hours away from being put to sleep. They do not restrict what types of dogs they pull and they try to save as many sick and injured animals as their funds allow as they are often the hardest to find rescue for. The Incredible Pups Pet Rescue provides foster homes, needed trainings and care to them until they can find their forever homes. They hold adoption events frequently to help each animal find their forever homes.
