The mission of Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) is to honor and empower wounded warriors. Carry Forward® 5K is your opportunity to take meaningful action and support wounded warriors in an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experience.
Join us on Sunday, August 9th at the TM Berry International Friendship park to run, walk, ruck, carry, and unite in support of wounded warriors and their families.
This is a family and dog friendly event. All levels welcome. Recumbent bike and wheelchair users encouraged to participate.

Description: Run, walk, or roll through the Queen City in support of wounded warriors. Registered participants receive a t-shirt, finisher medal with removable challenge coin, and official race bib. All ability levels welcome. Can’t make race day? Register and complete the 5K virtually at your own time and place and receive all items mailed directly to you! Thank you for putting our mission in motion!
