In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound, hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries I may have against the Event Director, all agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers, and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages sustained by me before, during, or after the event. I acknowledge, intend, and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

I understand that participating in a parade is potentially hazardous and could involve various risks. I should not participate unless I am medically able to do so. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, and crowd and traffic conditions. I waive any claims I might have based on these or other common risks associated with parades. I acknowledge that all such risks are known and understood by me.

In the event of illness, injury, or a medical emergency arising during the event, I understand that it is my sole responsibility to seek any medical care I may need. I agree to be fully responsible for payment of any medical services and treatment, including but not limited to medical transport, medications, treatment, and hospitalization.

Further, I grant permission to the event organizers and sponsors to use my name, voice, and images of myself in any photographs, videos, publications, or electronic recordings of this event for legitimate purposes.

This event follows a standard policy: All entry fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other necessary measures to ensure participant and staff safety. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change event details without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is non-refundable and is non-transferable.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all participants under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver, including the no-refund policy.
