More than a bike ride, a breathtaking 100-mile course combining the charm of historic downtown St. Charles, MO, with the scenic beauty of farmland, majestic bluffs along the Mississippi River, a memorable ferry ride to Grafton, IL and a scenic loop through Pere Marquette State Park. With a total elevation gain of 2,605’, this century ride promises a challenging and rewarding experience for intermediate to experienced cyclists.

With our Inspired participation option, choose your own activity to complete on Pedal weekend! Whether biking, spinning, running, walking or tackling a challenge of your own creation, you’ll be helping create a world without cancer.

With your $65 registration fee, you’ll receive a virtual participant box in the mail with a high-quality PTC jersey or tee, a rider bag and various goodies. 

On September 21 & 22, complete your physical challenge on one or both days on your own, in small groups or together with your family. Fundraising continues until October 31.

Volunteers play a vital role in the success of our event. Whether out on the course, in Ride Village or at a refueling station, volunteers are an essential part of making Pedal the Cause possible! Joining the team of Pedal volunteers is a great way to make an impact and help create a world without cancer.

DIY Fundraisers give you the ability to fundraise for Pedal the Cause at any time during the year, without registering to ride at our event. It is an exciting opportunity for those who want to raise funds for innovative cancer research from anywhere, at any time!  Registered riders can also create a DIY fundraiser, and then roll it into their fundraising profile once their DIY event is complete.  For questions, contact info@pedalthecause.org.
