This is a Fun Run, or you may walk if you choose, you'll not only be benefiting yourself but you can benefit The COMMIT Foundation as well. 5K Participants will receive a racing bib, finisher patch, T-shirt (if registered before 9/4/25 at the end of the race).

PACKET-PICK UP INFO:
Race Day: 7am at Mount Trashmore 310 Edwin Drive. Virginia Beach, VA
You will receive detailed pick up instructions via email 3 weeks prior.
Please Note:
If you are picking up race numbers for others, you must have your ID.
You may pick up a family member's race packet as long as you have the same last name and you have your ID.
