Rainbow Dash 5K – Run, Walk, Roll, or Wacky Race!
Come together with Louisville Youth Group for our signature 5K event, welcoming runners, walkers, rollers, families, and allies! The Rainbow Dash 5K follows the beautiful, paved loop at Seneca Park Field, making it easy for everyone to participate—no matter your pace or mobility.

How It Works:

Complete two full loops plus a partial loop of the park to finish the 5K (about 3.1 miles).
All routes are wheelchair-accessible, with rest areas and water stations along the course.
On-site first aid and accessibility support are provided.
Wacky Races & Team Spirit:
This isn’t your ordinary 5K—expect fun pit stops, playful challenges, and opportunities for teams to show their wildest costumes and creativity. Prizes will be awarded for best costumes, most spirited team, and creative fundraising.

Support LGBTQIA+ Youth:
Every registration helps fund safe, empowering spaces and programs for LGBTQIA+ youth in our community. Want to make an even bigger impact? Start a team or peer-to-peer fundraising page when you register.
