In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound do hereby waive and forever release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Shade Out DM Event Director, RunSignup.com/GiveSignUp.com, and all of their organizers & agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives and volunteers for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. 
I understand that Shade Out DM does not carry insurance to cover participants or spectators of sponsored activities. I hereby assume the risk of any injuries that may be sustained in the pursuit of these activities and forever discharge Shade Out DM, it's officers, organizers and volunteers from any actions, suits, damages, claims or judgements that may result from any property damage or personal damage or personal injuries to myself, my pup(s), my property or other property. In this, any mention of #ShadeOutDM, Shade Out DM, ShadeOutDM all refer to the Shade Out DM Foundation Inc.
By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver.

Further, I grant permission to all the foregoing to use my name, voice, images and videos of myself and my pup(s) in any photographs, motion pictures, results, publications or any other print, videographic or electronic recording of this event for legitimate purposes.
