FAQ's

Q. Do I have to run my average per week?
A. No! You can spread out your 125 (or 200 or 300) however you feel like it. Just finish your stated goal before midnight on March 21st.

Q. If I sign up for 125 and I'm really crushing it, can I move up? 
A. You can move up as long as you switch before February 10th and pay the additional registration fee.

Q: Does walking count?
A: Yes!! And now you can log your activities as runs or walks. 

Q, Do I have to run at any of the Winter Challenge designated group runs?
A: No! You can run with us, with other clubs, or on your own!

Q. How will I log my miles?
A. This year is really easy! Login to Run Signup and CLICK HERE.
Then click on "submit virtual results" (See the pic below)

Q. Can I log some miles on the treadmill? Do those still count?
A. Yes! Treadmill miles count! In fact, any dedicated workout (running or walking) counts! What doesn't count? The steps you log on your tracker while you're at work or at the grocery store. 

Q. How/where will we get our swag??
A: All the swag you earn will be mailed to you when you complete the challenge! Shipping is included in your registration!
