5 Mile Course Info
The STFU 5 Mile is a fast, fun, and flowy single-loop course through the scenic trails of Sleepy Hollow State Park. With just 132 feet of elevation gain and nearly all singletrack, it's the perfect mix of runnable and rewarding. The trails are usually in prime shape—soft, shaded, and smooth—making it an ideal early-summer challenge. Course markings are clear with turn signs at every junction, flagging every tenth of a mile, and bright surveyor flags guiding you through open areas. Expect lively aid stations, packed with fuel and great vibes, just when you need them most!
