How can I get a refund?
This race is nonrefundable after the 15-minute grace period when you complete your registration. See our options below to transfer to another runner, event, or race.
How do I access my Run SignUp account?
Log on to RunSignup - www.runsignup.com/profile, enter in your login E-MAIL and PASSWORD, and then click SIGN IN. Navigate to Profile - Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > and then the action you want to take.
How can I get a copy of my confirmation email?
If you know you have registered, you can resend your registration confirmation from your RSU profile. If you are not sure, visit our Find a Participant Page to verify you are listed. See I want to resend my confirmation email for detailed instructions. If you did not receive your confirmation make sure to check the spam folder in your email client.
How can I update my shirt size or style?
You can update your shirt size or style through your RSU profile. This option is available until the shirt order is placed a few weeks prior to race day. See I need to update my giveaway response for detailed instructions.
How do I transfer my entry to another runner?
You can transfer your entry as a "Gift" to a different runner until the Monday before the race (all series entries transfers must be completed prior to the June race). You can initiate this process through your RSU profile. The new runner must complete the new transferred entry by Tuesday of race week. Any payment arrangements are between you and the new runner.

How do a transfer my entry to another event?
You can transfer your single race entry to another single race until the Monday before the race that you want to transfer from or to. You can initiate this process through your RSU profile. If you want to transfer from the series to a single race, or from two single races to the series, please use the contact form to ask for assistance.
How do I transfer my entry to a different race?
Entries for the Watermelon Series or an individual 5k can be transferred to the Lake to Lake 10k. See I need to transfer my registration to another race for detailed instructions.
How do I update my name, date of birth, gender, email after I register?
Please update your RSU profile for future registrations, then use the Contact Form on the main page to let the race know what needs to be changed for this race.
Why is my registration not showing in my profile?
Don't worry! Most of the time you are registered, but your registration is just associated with a different account. Here are some reasons for this:
- Your registration is associated with a sub-account of another user
- Someone registered you for a race using their account, so you were created as a sub-account. See here to learn how to transfer the registration to your existing account.
- You used a different email address to register
- You can merge accounts with different email addresses by following the guide here
- You did not complete your registration
- First look to see if you are registered on this race's "Find a Participant" page. If you still do not see yourself and have a charge on your credit card that has posted, please contact info@runsignup.com. If you do not see yourself here, and you also have no charge on your account, then you are not yet registered.
- You registered under a typo
- If you find your registration on the race's "Find a Participant" page, but you don't see it under your account (and you have claimed ALL possible accounts as explained above), then you may have registered under a typo. Please contact info@runsignup.com.
