We are committed to hosting the HiveStrong Community 5K rain or shine! Our goal is to make this event a memorable and impactful experience for everyone.
However, your safety is our absolute top priority. In the event of severe weather conditions – such as lightning, heavy thunderstorms, or any other conditions deemed unsafe by event organizers or local authorities – we will take immediate action to protect all participants, volunteers, and staff. This could include a delay, alteration of the course, or, as a last resort, cancellation.
We will closely monitor the weather forecast leading up to race day and will communicate any necessary updates via email and social media. Please keep an eye on your inboxes and our official HiveStrong pages for the latest information.
