Final heat assignments and race schedules have been completed and are now posted at the link below. Please note that no heat changes or additions will be accepted for this year’s meet, as all race bibs have already been printed and assigned to each runner's specific heat and race(s).

Important:

If you are running the 3200 on Friday and are scheduled to compete again on Saturday, please keep your bib.
Running in the wrong heat will result in no recorded time.
If you miss your race, we’re sorry, but we cannot make accommodations.
We will be running on schedule — please plan accordingly.

1.     Heat sheets & Race schedule- When reviewing the heat sheets, please note which race section you're in, your check-in time, and your race time. Heat sheets and race schedules can be found in the tabs at the following link.:

2.     Track Location: Carroll High School (800 North White Chapel Southlake, TX 76092). 

3.     Bib Pickup: Please arrive early to the facility, as there will be a long line for check-in. There will be an athlete check-in gate where athletes can check in and receive their bibs for entry into the facility. Please pin your bib immediately onto your uniform, as it serves as your way of entering and exiting the facility, as well as for race check-in. Each bib has a race chip attached to it to track your splits (please do not bend the bibs). If you are running the 3200 on Friday and are scheduled to compete again on Saturday, please keep your bib. 

4.     Spectator Gate: We will have a spectator entry gate where a $5 entry fee will be collected per person.

5.     Race check in: Runners must check in 10 minutes before their race begins at the starting line. The runner's check-in time is listed on the schedule. Bibs must be worn, and NO WATCHES ARE ALLOWED DURING RACES. We will begin lining up runners in section order 10 minutes before their race starts (we will stay on schedule)

6.     NO FOOD or DRINKS on the turf field.

7.     Timing/Results: We will have live results posted at Live Results
