Things to know about Embassy for guests:
- A $50 per night incidental hold will be authorized/charged at check in, please ensure that you communicate this to your guests as incidentals may not be waived and is a requirement at check in.
- 1 night’s room and tax will be charged within 3 days of arrival. Please inform your guests that reservations are subject to cancellation without notification should cards decline for the initial room deposit.
- 20% off Listed Valet Parking Rates; this discount does not apply to bus parking. (Current Rates: 0-3hrs: $20; 3-8hrs: $30; 8-24hrs & Overnight: $50-subject to change without notice).
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in Guestrooms.
- As a courtesy, we will once again provide the grab & go items for your guests on race day.
- Early Departure Fee of 1 night’s room & tax; this fee applies to all guests that attempt to change their departure within 7hrs of arrival or after checking in.
