Aid Stations
Below is a chart listing the available aid stations on course during the Rock CF Thumb Coast Marathon and Half Marathon. Aid stations will feature water and Gatorade at all stations with a mix of other support. Note: Aid Stations locations and options available may change slightly due to course modifications and availability.
