We’re thrilled to be teaming up with the incredible Coach Lauren of BTH Running to offer FREE training plans for all passengers (aka runners ) gearing up for the Train to Trails Half Marathon, Relay, & 5K! Departure date: Official training pulls out of the station Monday, May 12th (*can be adjusted to later start date!*)— with a July 20th race day. Training plans can be found below...
