Course Monitor Volunteers are strategically placed along the 5K/10K race route to direct and cheer on athletes at specific intersections/locations. Volunteers may also have to stop pedestrians/bicyclists/traffic traffic that approaches the race route. Each volunteer checks in at the Meyer Amphitheater, receives a volunteer shirt/vest, and a specific post location along with all the instructions needed. Standing for long periods of time is required.
