Our packet pick up will be at Erin's House. Plan to arrive by 11:45AM so we can be set up and ready by 12 PM. Runners always arrive early to packet pick up. Packet pick up hours will be from 12-3 PM.

Race Day Tasks

Water Station (Sunday 3/01/26) Medium Priority

Details

Water Station on 5K course. These individuals will be located around the 1.5 mile mark of the 5K course. 5K starts at 1:30PM on 03/01/26 (Sunday) Dress for the weather and plan to be in place before the race begins by 1:15PM. Report to the International Ballroom on the PFW campus by 12:45 PM for final instructions and exact location will be given to you.

Race Day Packet Pick Up(Sunday 3/01/26) High Priority

Details

Arrive early to help with packet pick up before the race begins. Please arrive between 11-11:15AM so we can be set and ready by 11:30 AM. This will be inside the International ballroom on the campus of PFW.

Pass out Chocolate/Medals (Sunday 3/01/26) High Priority

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

These individuals will pass out our pre-packaged chocolate to runners as they pass through the finish line area on raceday. This will be outside so dress for the weather. Please arrive by 12:45PM to receive instructions.

Race Course volunteer (Sunday, 3/01/26) Medium Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

These people will help direct runners and assist in traffic flow. They will be given safety vests and are not expected to stop traffic.
