Wednesday Afternoon Course Set Up Medium Priority

Details

Put out the mile markers, water stop signs and directional signs around the course.

Location

Meet at the RRR storage container at Rockland Lake North Lot

Wednesday Afternoon Finish Line Set Up High Priority

Minimum met, 3 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Put up the Finish Chute with stakes and snow fencing. Hang the Turkey Trot and RRR Banners in the pavilion. Start at 3:00 and plan on taking an hour and a half.

Race Morning Set Up High Priority

Minimum met.

Details

Set up the Finish Line Arch before the timers arrive. Load water for the water stops. Set up shirt and race number pickup and post-race refreshments in the Pavilion.

Post Race Clean Up

Minimum met.

Details

Plan to start around 10:00 AM, or as soon as the last participants have finished. Pack up finish chute, tables, arch etc around the finish area. Pick up signs and markers around the course. Put it all back in the RRR Storage container.
