Help set up and teardown (romm set-up, awards table, ORRC Banner, and AV equipment/powerpoint presentation)

1:00 pm PST - 3:00 pm PST (At least 1 more needed)

Coordinate the raffle portions of the annual banquet including announcing raffle winners and getting them their prizes.

12:00 pm PST - 1:30 pm PST (At least 2 more needed)

Check in participants prior to the event and hand out raffle tickets
