Details

5k and 10k course. Runners from both races will pass this aid station outbound and return on both courses. First 5K expected runner around 7:50 AM. First 10K expected runner around 8:40 AM. Hand out water/Gatorade, pick up cups, bag trash and encourage/cheer on runners.

Details

Tables will be set up on the concrete trail next to the road and on Snakey Lane so that runners pass aid station outbound and return-will have runners going in two directions at same time (outbound on concrete trail and road and returning on road and concrete trail). First expected runner around 9:00 AM. Hand out water & Gatorade, pick up cups, bag trash and encourage/cheer on runners. Specific duty: Ensure aid stations have cups, water, Gatorade, tables are set, all supplies to support runners.
