Shift 2: Swenson, Douglas, Center (1 at each location) Make sure people can cross safely.
Shift 3: Fairway, Fisher, Fall City/Snoq Rd. (1 at each location) Make sure people can cross safely
Shift 4: King, Maybe River, Newton (1 at each location) Make sure people can cross onto King safely, River would just be directional, probably just using signs here, Newton is a street crossing into our finish line.
