8:30–10:30 AM – CPR/AED Certification (Open Oceans) - Sean and Rob is this the entire course, just 2 hrs?
10:30–11:30 AM – Water Safety Classroom (Open Oceans) - Lets tie in safety along the event courses too
11:30–12:30 PM – Catered Lunch
12:30–2:30 PM – Water Safety In-Water Practical (Open Oceans, Banks Channel) - Let's keep this 2 hrs

8:00–8:30 AM – Morning Briefing and Q&A (Kristen)
8:30–9:30 AM – Mental Resilience and Breathwork Seminar (Blake, Deep End Fitness)
9:30–11:30 AM – Instructional Swim & Paddle – Banks Channel (Open Oceans + Without Limits)
11:30–12:30 PM – Catered Lunch
12:30–1:30 PM – Underwater CO₂ Tolerance Training (Deep End Fitness)
1:30–2:30 PM – Functional Strength and Mobility for Triathletes (Rise Fitness Studio)
