Event Information
The Rooney’s Golf Foundation started hosting the Armed Forces Appreciation Breakfast in 2018. This patriotic event honors those who served and are serving to protect our country. The program includes lunch, patriotic songs, a preview of the upcoming Army-Navy Football Game, and a keynote speaker.
The 2026 Armed Forces Appreciation Luncheon will be on December 9, 2026 at The Paddock Restaurant at PBKC in West Palm Beach, FL.
Doors Open at 10:30AM
Luncheon Begins at 11:15AM
This year's keynote speaker is Johnny "Joey" Jones, a FOX News Media contributor and co-host of The Big Weekend Show on FOX News Channel. He is also the best-selling author of Behind The Badge (2025) and Unbroken Bonds of Battle (2023). We are excited to hear Joey's story of his eight years as a U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sergeant, serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan. In August 2010, he was struck by an IED. He suffered several life-threatening injuries including the loss of both legs above the knee.
The benefiting charities are Forgotten Soldiers Outreach, Warriors Renewal Coalition, Unified Dream, and Wounded Veterans Relief Fund.
Valet parking is provided. The Paddock Restaurant has tiered seating. Each tier is separated by 3 or 4 steps. Individual Ticket holders will be seated together at a table of 4. We are capping the event at 300 guests.
