Event Description
You’re Invited to Join Us and to See What Your Support Has Made Possible
Over the past few years, your support has helped ECHO West Texas serve as a backbone for collaboration, managing and supporting local agencies through a shared community collaboration portal that connects people, programs, and resources with purpose. Together, we’ve strengthened coordination, reduced duplication, and ensured that more of our local investments reach the people who need them most.
Now, we are stepping into Phase Two of Coordinated Care - a strategic expansion that maximizes impact by aligning partners and community hubs around a shared commitment to “collaboration over competition - because we all serve the same people.” This next phase deepens efficiency, improves effectiveness, and reflects responsible stewardship of local and philanthropic funds by pooling resources, reducing overhead, and investing more directly into solutions that work.
Please join us for our Annual Luncheon to celebrate what you have already been a part of, to learn how your support continues to shape our community-wide impact, and to stand with us as we move forward together. This gathering is also our opportunity to express heartfelt gratitude to the incredible partners, funders, and community members whose dedication and trust made these achievements possible. We look forward to honoring that collaboration and sharing what’s ahead.
