Support ECHO West Texas | Building a Future Without Homelessness

As the newly designated Lead Agency for the Lubbock Continuum of Care (CoC) since February 5, 2025, ECHO West Texas is uniting our community in the fight to end homelessness.

ECHO (Ending Community Homelessness Organization) West Texas is a local, nonprofit connector, established in June 2021, to bring together service providers, government partners, and stakeholders through a centralized community database. Our coordinated approach ensures that individuals and families facing housing instability receive seamless, data-driven support.

Why your donation matters:

  • Empowers local leadership: Thanks to our status as a locally-led CoC, every dollar is directed by community priorities to meet unique local needs.
  • Strengthens coordinated systems: Your support fuels the Community Database, making it easier for agencies to streamline services and avoid duplication.
  • Promotes long-term stability: We’re not just reacting to crises—we’re shifting toward prevention and sustainable solutions that break cycles of recurring homelessness.
  • Engages the whole community: We work hand‑in‑hand with the City of Lubbock, HUD, regional partners, and those with lived experience to shape inclusive, effective programs

Impact you can stand behind:

  • Efficient Coordination: ARPA-funded projects that involved clinic renovations, career-launch programs, and improved hygiene facilities, for people experiencing homelessness.
  • Creation of a robust strategy that moves beyond shelters to permanent housing and wrap-around supports.
  • A more responsive, transparent, and locally accountable homelessness system, designed by the community, for the community.

Will you help build a stronger and coordinated community?

Your tax-deductible donation goes straight to empowering ECHO West Texas to:

  • Expand and maintain our shared community database
  • Strengthen prevention and long-term housing programs
  • Deepen partnerships with local agencies and people with lived experience
  • And ensure no one in Lubbock falls through the cracks.
